Another “Why Didn’t I Think Of This” Product – The Chair Bib!

By The Safety Mom, Safety Mom Solutions

One of the things I love most about being The Safety Mom and founder of Safety Mom Solutions is that I discover some of the most amazing products!  Almost every week someone e-mails me with a product they’ve created that they want me to check out or I stumble across something at one of the shows I go to.  And usually it’s a mom who has created the product out of sheer frustration from some situation where she couldn’t find a solution.  Last weekend, while I was doing a series of talks on baby proofing and child safety at the It’s a Baby Expo up in Boston I met a woman, Aimee Purcell, the creator of the Chair Bib

What’s a chair bib?  It’s the answer to scratch marks on chair seats from booster seats!  It’s a unique seat cover for armless chairs.  It’s made out of a stretchy fleece material and an elastic band.  It protects chairs from food and beverage stains, damage caused by booster seats and pet hair and dirt.  It’s simple and easy to use for busy moms.  It does not require the use of any velcro, ties, snaps or fasteners, just place it up and over the back of your armless chair and stretch it onto your seat!  Best of all it’s machine washable!   It comes in a bunch of different patterns as well.

We’re giving away a set for you to check out – just send an e-mail to to enter!
