September 12th Kicks Off Child Passenger Safety Week

Whether you are driving down the street to run a few errands or driving a great distance to Grandma’s house, it’s always important to make sure that your child is buckled in properly and safely. Starting on Saturday September 12th Child Passenger Safety Week kicks off and ends on Friday September 18th. Across the country on Saturday, thousands of free safety inspection stations will have expert safety technicians on hand to answer any questions you may have as well as show you how to properly install safety seats. Not all child safety seats are created the same nor are all cars created the same, so consult a technician with questions you may have about fitting child restraints or safety seats to your car. You can find an inspection station nearest you at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website by clicking HERE.
